DCS The DCS (Distributed Control System) is the set of a series of devices that allow you to govern the operation of a complex machinery, typically working in a continuous cycle such as paper mills, foundries, rolling mills, etc.

The number and type of equipment present in this system is variable and distributed according to appropriate criteria along the production line.
One of the peculiarities is that of being able to allow overall control from any of the predisposed points (typically operator stations on computers or touch screen panels).


The DCS systems we make are based on packages from the most important manufacturing companies in the world (Rockwell, ABB, Siemens, Omron, etc…) which are customized according to the needs of the Customer's production process.
Thanks to our experience and our design skills we are able to create systems capable of conveying all the dynamics of the production plants in a centralized control system.
Due to the very nature of the product, they can be made in several stages, diluting the necessary investment over time.

It is also possible to interface components from different manufacturers, including pre-existing ones, through the implementation of communications according to the most popular industry standards, citing just a few: RS232, RS422 / 485, Profibus, Canbus, Modbus).
Furthermore, interfacing at higher levels, even between multiple DCSs, is easily achievable using advanced standards such as first and second generation Open Platform Communications (OPC), making the system extremely versatile and adaptable to any language of incoming and outgoing data flows. .
The HMI can be customized to the customer's preferences, both in terms of operation and as a graphic presentation.
An unlimited amount of tags covers all processing variables.
Dozens of client stations can be connected within the production area.
The systems we provide also provide remote maintenance and assistance via the web, so as to guarantee the Customer the first intervention quickly and regardless of the physical location.
